    Braille (Quiz #720)

Braille is a tactile writing system developed in 1824 by Louis Braille. It is used by people who are visually impaired. Its letters are represented by raised dots placed within a 3x2 matrix. The number and arrangement of the raised dots distinguishes one letter from another (as in the examples above, where the large black dots represent raised dots).

    1. Which slide above shows the letter "S" in Braille?

    2. Louis Braille based his system on the 25 letters of the French alphabet at the time. Which letter in English Braille is out of its logical position as a result of this?

    3. In slide D above, which row contains a spelling mistake?
